Dear pals,
The people I live with are not big fans of winter. Lady says the only good thing about it is that the days finally start getting longer. This was taken from the shortest day of the year. You can see the sunrise and set times give us about 8 hours and 21 minutes of day light. You can also see it was very cold this year (that is 1F). We gain and lose about 9 hours of sunlight between the summer and winter solstices.
Here are some winter nature pictures for you, because even Lady can't deny it can be beautiful.

I did enjoy your winter and one reason is because I get to see both of you, the other reason is its not MY winter. don't come to Florida, everyone else is already here.... ha ha

Oh my dearest Phod. We had a GSD ,Trooper who would do the exact same thing as you, he loved the snow and he was handsomely your coloration. And couldn't have been more loving. Glad you have some snow to take a snow bath in and some sun to warm your nose. One thing about Lee ...she soaks all that sunshine up in her black fur ,so stays toasty warm standing up and vocalizing all her woes and happiness. love you both...and mom and dad for taking such good care of you.
