I have been a bit disorganized around the blogs since the return from Chicago. I have been reading as many as I can, but commenting less. This turn around between trips (Chicago and BAR) is less than ideal. Made a bit crazier by the fact that if I don't work, I don't get paid, which is fine, except I want to get some work done before I travel! Once we return from BAR, we will get back into our regular routine!
Because I haven't picked a camera up and captured my pups lately, here is a series of pictures from the park a few weeks ago I have been meaning to share. One of the greatest joys I have in my life is watching Hailey run. I wish we could do it more often, but she is a little untrustworthy.
Here she goes:
When we first let her off leash, I always feel nervous! |
You can see the joy on her face as she runs |
and runs! |
When you know she is coming towards you, that is the best feeling in the world! |
Thanks for coming back Hailey!

Love the joy pics of Hailey and brings back memories of Baby... she loved to run like this and the first year we had her we took her to the dog park, 3 fenced acres to run in. but the more we went the harder to catch her. when we got ready to leave she would not come, we had to wait until she wore herself out and laid down....
ReplyDeleteLee, you look like a mad women who just escaped the looney bin. I hope you had a blast off leash.
ReplyDeleteAroo to you,
Sully

She really looks like she is having a great time. No worries on comments although we are very thankful you got to ours. The dimmer is very hard on us for commenting because Mom has all the grands during the week and gets quite busy.

Oh my, what a happy face during that run! We are feeling discombobulated with our blog too. There just doesn't seem to be enough time lately for everything.
ReplyDeleteWe can see the JOY in every muscle. Seems that you always have to WORK hard BEFORE a trip, and then AFTERWARDS. So enjoy the bit in the middle.
ReplyDeleteWonderful joyous photos!

Crikey Hailey ...... you can run like me!! Wouldn't we have fun together. Mum's always happy when I'm running back to her too. I ALWAYS do but sometimes I run a bit further than she would like. It's soooooooooo tempting out there isn't it???
