The Importance of Sleep - by Phod

Dear pals,

On the weekend, Lady finished up a workshop on teaching people how to get good sleep. 80% of the kids she works with have sleep problems.

Lady learning while Man does some OT

At first I was very attentive.

However, after some time, I decided a nap was in order.

Turns out, I am a very good sleeper and don't need help with it!

Oh, I wish I could just nap, Zaphod dear. I had one of my long nights last night. But I usually catch up somewhere along the week. Hugs and wags, YAM-aunty xxx

  3. you are sleeping well and as dog parents we know a sleeping dog is a happy/healthy dog. If not napping most of your life, something is wrong. Beau is asleep with his butt on my foot as I type. as for children not sleeping, my thoughts are that the get to much screen time and game time and watch way to many videos and movies and tv shows, all of which are bad for them. back in my day we slept well, nothing to put horrid thoughts into our minds. Mostly what kept me awake was thinking something might lurk under the bed. LOL... no TV meant no news, news on radio only adults listened and there wasn't much on there to here

  5. So long as Gail gets her daily walks (with me), she sleeps pretty well. She claims that bike rides, without me, do a pretty good job too, but I find that hard to believe.
