Nature Friday - Peaceful
Thanks to Rosy for hosting this hop. While winter is not always our favourite season given the crazy cold temperatures and sometimes the horrible driving conditions, it can be beautiful and peaceful.

Not Acceptable
It is not acceptable when Lady uses her office to do Zumba. I do not like it. Let me try and stand in her way.

In Pursuit of Flavours
Sometime early in the pandemic Lady found theses Pumpkin oat muffins. They are easy to make. She has made them almost every weekend since she found the recipe. Lady doesn't have pumpkin pie spice, she just combines cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg.
Now there is one serious problem with this recipe. Lady can't share because of the chocolate. Therefore, we can't personally state the safety and enjoyability of them. We can say, Man who would say he doesn't like pumpkin loves them.
Here is hoping her next baking project is dog friendly.

Mischief Monday - Do You Know What Time It Is? By Lee
I was reading in the paper that during the pandemic people really are losing sense of time. I find this completely unacceptable.
On Friday night, as a treat, my peeps ate pizza in front of the TV. They usually take their dinner at the dining room table. At first this was fine because being on the couch resulted in me getting more pizza. However when the pizza was gone, they continued to watch their show. I waited until 6:30 and then stood at the top of the stairs and waited very impatiently. I was stomping my feet. Do you know what they did? They laughed and took my picture. Sigh!
In the end my dinner was 10 minutes late. The things I have to put up with.

FFF Nature Friday - WHooooo Do You See
Thanks to Rosy for hosting Nature Friday.
It was an exciting week for us in the owl department. We have lived in the hills for 8.5 years and while we have heard the owls, we have not seen them.
Our first spotting was Sunday morning on our morning walk. Down the road I spied one sitting in a tree. It was just before 8 am and she was staring at us. I regretted not having any device to caputure her image. So imagine how excited I was on Thursday morning when during a zoom consult, I saw movement from the corner of my eye and there she was! I actually paused my meeting to call the Man (who captured this picture). She was there for about 15 minutes before moving on.
Thanks to Yamini for hosting FFF.
The little birds sound the alarm
An intruder to them who may do them harm
But when I look it is beauty I see
Wisdom and grace have come to our tree.
