Lanie's Log - Making up for Lost Time

 It has been 226 days since my capture. The Wardens are revoking my title of prisoner. I am just another cat now. They want me to call them Man and Lady, but I am not ready for that. I am still very cautious. 

I am making up for lost time in the house cat world and just living every day the fullest. Apparently I can be a little exhausting for the other 4 I live with. I hear things like, do you ever sleep? I do, but when I am not, I am giving life 100%

Here are a few highlights from the past week. 

I wasn't sure what to do when Gris started to eat my breakfast.  I looked to Lady Warden for help. 

I let Lady Warden touch me while I was in Styx's bed. I did ok until the camera came out. 

I

 spent more time sleeping out. I love Styx's one bed. 

Styx and I had synchronized baths before synchronized naps. 

I was able to sit closer to Gris. 

I wanted to have my breakfast closer to the other cats. 

I 

I jumped on the counter for the first time to check out hte Man's breakfast. He knows this peanut butter is not great for me, so I got more bread. Yes, he reinforced this behaviour. 

It is clear I feel the most comfortable in areas I have eaten. They are safe places. So the Wardens are making sure I am getting treats in more areas.

Let's see what adventures I can get up to this week.
