Thanks to Rosy for hosting this and letting Lady show off the bulbs she planted.
While personally, I am not sure what the excitement is, Lady is excited she is learning to grow things. She is not a natural outside person or a green thumb and most importantly she hates getting dirty, especially dirty hands (and yes she has gloves but she has no idea where she put them so may need new ones!). Planting anything is like stopping 100 steps outside her comfort zone. She hopes others are more appreciative of her efforts!

Out front, you can see more will bloom |

I am far more interested in the bird feeder around the corner. |

Lady says they smell like spring |

ReplyDeleteI am with your mama, i hate planting things in the ground, I don't like planting in pots but it is better than the ground. the plants KNOW i hate doing it and always die. looks like yours are doing very well
ReplyDeleteMom loves the fragrance of the hyacinth and the pink ones are so pretty!
ReplyDeleteGail, who is an outdoor person but definitely not patient enough to be a successful gardener, applauds Lady's efforts. We think she is doing magnificently!
