Mischief Monday - Santa Paws Is Still Watching - by Phod

Pals, I think that Lady and Hailey have forgotten that Santa Paws is still watching and you can still end up on the naughty list.

It started yesterday morning when Hailey went crazy and, I can't even believe I am having to write this - stole Precious.  That is right, she took Precious. Not only did she take Precious from me, she brought it in the house and got to play with it inside. I never get to play with it inside. I was beside myself, I hardly knew what to do, so I stood and watched and kept going to the people, who laughed and did not help.  Finally, Man took it away and put it back in its spot in the garage.



Next, and while we were warned about it, I didn't believe it would happen either, Lady went through our toy boxes and took out tonnes of stuff. She said it was time to cull. She said we have lots and are getting more because we are spoiled and we don't need bits and pieces of toys. I totally disagree.

I think they both should go to the naughty list, what do you think?

    seems I have a bad influence on Lee hahahaha :o) butt guess what? my mom thieved my toys too... she sorted them out for 87 hours... and then she said how exhausting that was... instead to buy a second toy box... what would be the easy way...

    Stealing precious is just so wrong - Hailey goes straight on the naughty list and so do the peeps for not helping you get it back....some things just can't be messed with :)

    Joey dog sometimes steals my toys. I have to be very patient about it too because ghostwriter says I should share. I know it's tough to let go your oldest and most tattered squeaky toys. Those are the best ones! Just think about the new ones you'll be getting very soon. Happy Christmas!

    Trashing of toys happens here, too. I've never met a tiny, torn piece of toy I didn't like, but go figure. Humans. They have their own agendas.

    Yep! both of them are sailing close to the wind. There's only a few days left and stealing Precious, pawrents laughing at you and taking away all the toys you worked so hard modifying. We think Santa is shaking his head.

    Wow, that's a big bag full of toys that you're pawrents are taking away. I hope the amount of toys being culled equals the amount you're getting for Christmas!

    Oh no! We totally agree! Doesn't the Lady know that the carcasses are the best toys? Though, come to think of it, ours sometimes disappear too. We think our Momz does it when we are outside.....she oughta know that even though we can't see her, Santa sure can!

    I've got a split decision. Hailey definitely goes on the naughty list for stealing Precious. The nerve! But we agree with the Lady that the bits need to get tossed out every now and then. (But we only attempt that when Rita is asleep in the other room!)

    That culling happens here a lot too, and we just don't get it. Some of our favorite toys are our bits and pieces ones:)

    Yep today is the very first day of winter Golly Gosh Darn! We have only had one really cold day, last Saturday and that was enough for me. You can keep the albino brain chiggers for I am dreaming of a warm Christmas.
