Hari OM Dandelions are wild-flowers... unless, of course they are in compawtishun with cultivated flowers, in which case, an invader, an illegal immigrant you might say. The leaves are great in salad and the root can be dried and ground to make an infusion to drink... the plant is a good liver cleanser and digestif... Jus' sayin'... hugs and wags, YAM-aunty xxx
Those weeds are so successful partly because they are the FIRST flowers to come out every year. I think they're pretty but I know that most people don't agree with me!
I know that some people hate the dandelions in their yard, and we have plenty. But they're the first flowers for the bees, so I've decided that they're okay and can stay! :-)
WooHoo, Spring has Sprung!
