Trick or Treat

HAPPY HALLOWEEN

Today we join The LLB Gang for their annual No Tricks, Just Treats Blog Hop! Every year they ask us to share what we are doing to help animals in need.

Ummm, I think at this moment I am an animal in need of rescue from a terrible costume.

We make cash donations when we make purchases at the pet store, when pals are fundraising or in memory of pals called to the bridge. In lieu of mailing holiday cards, we pick an animal charity to donate to.

I was a shelter dog.

Lady supports some young adults who are volunteering at a local animal sanctuary, Big Sky Ranch, every week.

This is as good as it gets when we are so angry about wearing a costume. We need to up our price for this!

Lady also loves to visit the Feline Cafe and our peeps attend the SafePet Ottawa fundraiser. These are some of the ways we help.

Want to help animals in need? Make sure to post a comment at the LLB Gang's blog. They are making a donation for each comment!

Wishing you all a Spooktacular Day!

Traitor Tuesday

As mentioned yesterday, our peeps abandoned us for 87 million days. If that is not terrible enough, we went through their phones and found the following . . . . . . . .

We have no words to describe how angry we are at them for this clear betrayal. They have a LOT of sucking up to do to make this up to us.

Mischief Monday - Oh Where Oh Where Have Our People Been

We are finally back safe and sound and what adventures we have had. 87 million hours ago, our people, who clearly do not love us, left us at puppy prison, a very lovely kennel. They were gone for a long time seeing things like . . . .

and

After some time, we started to get really worried that they were not home. We were sure they were lost and never coming back.

Using our excellent research skills, we deduced they may be in London, England. We thought to ourselves, who do we know who knows London and may be able to help us? Princess Leah of course! So we gave her  a call. She said as a London expert she would be thrilled to help us find our people.

After some searching, we found our peeps and Princess Leah and her peeps by this statue.

We had a lovely puppacino with Princess Leah and her wonderful peeps. It was so nice to get to meet, mostly in the furs.

Princess Leah was a great hostess showing us around and making sure our puppacino needs were met.

Princess Leah "Would you care for another?"

Princess Leah "Another round please."

We are grateful we found our peeps and got to meet our wonderful friends! It was a good way to end the trip.

Thank you Princess Leah for your help.

Be sure to pop over to Princess Leah's blog HERE for her side of the story.

Aside: The Man and Lady had a very eventful trip home. If you don't follow them on another social media, check out the news story about their flight home HERE. (Don't worry, other than a 22 hour delay home, the peeps were fine).

Taking A Break

We are going to be taking a bit of a blog break while we are off adventuring! We will be back with all our adventures by the end of the month. We will miss you all (as Lady is going to be offline most of it). Be safe!

See you later, pup and cat-ogaters.
