As you know I am a very good boy. However, as Lady was kind enough to share with the world, I had a bit of a stomach issue and could not hold my poop. I had some accidents in the house. Well last Thursday the new food came and almost immediately the excess pooping stopped. Since my peeps weren't going to know if I was ok, last Friday Man was able to arrange working from home to make sure I was ok.
On the weekend, the peeps were out for most of Saturday and I was a very good boy. On Monday, they blocked the basement but I had an accident upstairs in the dining room. Lady and Man think it has become a habit now, so the most terrible thing happened on Tuesday. I was left in a cage.
I went in fine. But when Man came home he found the following:
I had moved the cage way over and knocked stuff off the shelf.
I also had pulled some of the blankets from on top in (that will teach Man and Lady for not following the KonMari method of tidying up).
Lee says I am not as good as her, as she has ruined crates in the past.
Yesterday Lady worked from home so there was no torture, but as you are likely reading this, I am going back into the cage for the day. Lady says I have to do it for the rest of the week and we will see about next week! Let's see if Lady can get me down the stairs and into it today.
Please send help!
your pal, Phod, the best boy ever (Even if I ran after that guy who had the nerve to walk down the road yesterday)
we come to da rescue Phod... and what was wrong to run after that guy on da street?
ReplyDeleteoh my, this scene looks familiar, Jake destroyed a couple of crates and stuff that was on top, looked much the same... just know this torture will pass.. I hope it is soon
ReplyDeletePhod, you are the best boy ever, and in my opinion crates are evil. (Gail put me in one as a puppy but I didn't stand for that for long).
ReplyDeleteToodle pip!
Bertie.
Hopefully your tummy will get better and all those tactics won't be needed.
ReplyDeleteI heard that Angel Casey once pulled the whole bedspread off the bed by his crate, got it AND the pillow fully in the crate, and shredded them! You started out slow, but you'll get there!
ReplyDeleteBummer that you had to spend time in the crate but I am very impressed that you moved it across the floor! That's pretty neat, Phod!
ReplyDeleteOh dear Phod that must have been some rockin' and rollin' you did to get the kennel to move...I expect if the bookcase had not been there you might have moved to another zip code in the house.
ReplyDeleteBig hugs handsome boy and I hope the tummy settles soon. Nuttin' worse than tum-tum
problems
Hugs HiC
Phod we are sending you a file in a cake right now. You should be able to use the file to break out of your cage. Good luck.
ReplyDeleteWe will see if we can find the key, Phod. Can't Hailey help you? We hope the new food is working well.
ReplyDeleteWoos - Lightning, Misty, and Timber

Aww, we hope things get resolved and you're back to free ranging around the house soon.
ReplyDeleteI can't believe you've been incarcerated! We're standing by to help!
ReplyDeleteCam and Mags
Aargh, P. Dog jail! That's the worst. Pooping on the floor is also the worst. Good luck with breaking the habit - if it's a habit. Otherwise, I will bake you a cake with a screwdriver or some other tool that can help you bust out. Even if you can't bust out, at least you'll have a cake....
ReplyDeleteLove and licks,
Cupcake
Oh noes! Dude, if you needs a file in a bone cake, lets me know....
ReplyDeleteButts, I hope that you are feelin' betters with the new foods!

Ruby ♥
