Around Blogville we have seen people posting Monday Sparks. Since the only mischief we have had is not visiting blogs like we should and working too much, we thought we join in.
I work with a family who lives in the Cayman Islands. Last week I was suppose to have a video conference with them, but they asked if they could re-schedule it because they had the opportunity to go and release sea turtles. I said, go, have fun, send me pictures.
This is not my client, but this is the sea turtle he names Michelangelo (he is 9 and has found the Teenaged Mutant Ninja Turtles) that he did get to release.
that is very well said...all the best for michelangelo and his friends...

ReplyDeleteit is true... and such engagement with critters of the sea will surely be a positive thing for you client! YAM xx
A great reason to postpone.
ReplyDeleteWow - that is a once in a lifetime chance!
ReplyDeleteThat sounds like a lot more fun than a meeting. Maybe someday you can use that client as an excuse to have a face to face visit. There are worse places you could go. BOL!
ReplyDeleteWhat a thought provoking and so true quote
ReplyDeleteHugs madi your bfff
The quote is so true. Our Auntie went to a beach somewhere two years ago, where there were turtle eggs. She gave a donation to help save one of the nests and she received information later telling her how many hatchlings made it to the ocean from 'her' nest.
ReplyDeleteGood on the people who do those turtle releases. I've done one in Mexico and it always makes me grateful that some humans care enough to try and protect amazing creatures. Thank you for sharing your 'spark.' It made me smile! 🐢
ReplyDeleteWhat a wonderful ego friendly learning experience. The turtle is quite handsome.
ReplyDeleteThanks for being a friend

My Florida associate in Boca Raton Florida knows about a sea turtle rescue place where they help injured turtles get better and then release them back into the wild. What a good job they do!
ReplyDeleteThat is SO cool! I love the sea turtle photo!
ReplyDeleteWe have visited a couple of the Sea Turtle Hospitals here in Georgia and NC. It is exciting to see the large turtles! Perhaps you could book a meeting IN the Cayman Islands!!
ReplyDeleteWagnificient!
ReplyDelete3 bum swings! 3 more!
