We Remember

Today we take time to remember. While it was an attack on a foreign country for me (I am Canadian),  it did change my life too.

May we find love and peace for our world.

Personal note: My father's geneology research has uncovered that my branch of the Vanderbilt's had a family farm on this famous piece of land in the 1700s. In case you are wondering, yes I am a distant relative to 'those Vanderbilt's'. whom I have never met Anderson Cooper is my 7th cousin twice removed.

  8. It was a day that changed our world forever. Nice family history. Anderson sure has had a very busy few days - we think he has been on the TV almost nonstop.

  10. Like you, I am a foreigner too but we all will #NeverForget
And for the record, you could do worse having Anderson as a cousin, removed or not. 😆

  13. We are Canadian too. This happened before I was born, but my person has told me stories of this sad day, and where she was, and what happened, and how it changed the world... And also stories of all the hero Dogs who helped on this day as well. We remember.

    Licks,
    Cobi
