Glad you got the book, UPS gave us fits shipping to you in Canada, we had to make up a fictious invoice cause they said it had to have a cost. So we fax one for 87,000 dollars, they didn't like that, I told them tough poo, poo, had to send another or they would return it. Thats the last item we send OPPS.
