Nature Friday - Wild Flowers

Thanks to Rosy for hosting Nature Friday,

Here are some wild flowers from our yard. Lad is impressed with how everything keeps growing despite the dry conditions.

  1. I would love to have a few of these flowers to stand in a vase in the kitchen. I can't believe how many countries are in drought conditions.

  5. Ooh, those daisies are so pretty. Mom's wedding gown was covered with appliques of daisies. Fond memories:)

It is incredibly dry here too:(

  9. We have some dry weather too, with the occasional storm, though. Today my ghostwriter was driving home from shopping, and she saw a guy driving with two doggies in the car that looked a lot like you pups!

  11. Beautiful daisies! Things bloomed here after the rain but now that we've had triple digits they are waning and very parched. 😕 We're hoping and praying for rain soon.
