Ghostwriter says they used to see deer all the time at night by the nursing home where she works. They would come right up to the windows, especially if there was a birdie feeder there. But then the little woods across the street was cut down and a solar farm was put in it's place. Now she hardly ever sees the deer anymore.
How fun!!! One day last week on our walk we spotted two GIANT turkeys. We tried to chase them, but Mom said NO NO - just think of the great Thanksgiving dinner they would have made:)
that is a super photo and I love that the wildlife is so close ... as long as the pups are inside or while they sleep LOL
