First, as people asked about yesterday's picture - the birds were wild turkeys.
We are thrilled to be joining Rosy for flower Friday. Flowers are still few and far between, but on Wednesday, we saw this growing in our grass. Spring is really here!

ReplyDeleteVery pretty. We are finally starting to see some flowers, too. Although we really wish we didn't go from freezing to so hot.

ReplyDeleteCan't beat a wildflower! YAM xx
I will never understand why some people hate dandelions so much. We think they're pretty and don't mind if they show up in the lawn. They're some of the very first flowers to show up in spring!
ReplyDeleteYay..... and it is such a happy yellow too!
ReplyDeleteHugs madi your bfff
Somehow all yellow flowers can bring a smile to your face - even a dandelion flower!

Yep, around here the only flowers blooming are the dandelions.
ReplyDeleteYipee! That's a sign that spring will get there eventually!
ReplyDeleteI'm seeing yards full of dandelions, and gardening experts say to not put weed killer on them because they're the first flowers that the bees get to enjoy. I've never done that. Like you, I just enjoy the color and that it means the change of seasons is coming!
ReplyDeleteEven though some people call them weeds they sure are a pretty sight in early spring.
ReplyDeleteWe've had an abundance of those cheerful yellow fellas. A little vinegar on them and they wave bye-bye. 🌼
ReplyDeleteWhat happened to Spring? Its so hot lately we are wondering if the flowers are thinking..did we miss our chance to come out and bloom. Lol
ReplyDeleteYou have to admire the hearty weeds😉
