Photo Bomb!

On Sunday, the sun was streaming through the dining room windows. The sun and floor were warm enough to create sun puddles for Hailey to enjoy.  She looked so beautiful. I grabbed the camera to snap some pictures of her. Then the following happened.

I got a picture of my girl

Then as I was snapping away, I got this. A jealous Zaphod came right over to stand in the way. 

I look over and Emma was posing for pictures

Hailey got up and waited for her cookies

Phod struck his cutest pose - that face says "I need cookies"

It became clear to me that I have paired the camera with cookies too often to capture any spontaneous pictures inside. All this posing worked, they got the cookies!

Does anyone else have this problem?

    Ah Ha, the 'you don't get a good photo without a treat' syndrome!
    Yep, learnt early on by all us pups!
    But, on the other hand, they are great photos you took there!

    Easy said that's no problem.... we sadly did all things with cookies and now we have a cookie-a-holic who does nothing without a treat :o)

    oh yes - the pavlov's dog effect - camera means cookie, brushing mean walks, putting on shoes means walk, picking up car keys mean car ride :) :)

    Camera ~ Cookie ~ Camera ~ Cookie!
    I don't get a treat so no I don't have that problem. I have another problem. Lee say she wants a picture and I run for the high chair where I got my picture taken when I was a pup. Camera ~ High Chair! Seems like something is wrong with this picture, where is my treat.

    PROBLEMS...we have a problem wif mom even taking pictures anymore.....I keep trying to get her to take more, we did sure love yours though....such pretty pictures....p.s. gus said to tell you he is working on his picture whatever that means.

    When WE see the Flashy Beast come out.... we go WILD and stick our snooters RIGHT in there so she can get a GOOD pic of us... Butt you know somethingy??? We don't do that so much with the picture thingy on the PHONE.... Maybe it is PHONY Boloney... or somethingy.

    Definitely happens here. Our camera has a little chime and when the dogs hear that--even when SHE tries turning on the camera in the bathroom with water running, toilet flushing and fan on--they leave whatever cute pose they were in and come sit in front of the camera!

    They are so cute and I totally have that problem, too! Phoenix will push Zoe out of the way to get her picture taken so she can have all the cookies. Lately Zoe is not loving the camera so I'm having trouble getting decent pics of her.

    Not really a problem around here. Walter likes to pose anytime he sees or hears the camera in use and doesn't always get treats for the work. Sometimes it's just a kiss and a pat for his reward.

    Hi hi hi! Ojo here! My person says YES, she has the same problem! Cobi walks in front of the Big Black Eye, just like Phod. Also I like to walk towards the Big Eye to sniff it and sometimes lick it. Because - why not?
