Emma destroyed most of the toys when she was visiting so last weekend I picked up 2 different toys. Turns out I should have gotten two crocodiles. For the first time in a long time, even Hailey loved the toy. Play time looked like this.

Look what I got! |
|
You can't have it |
|
Lee maybe you want to play with the new cow, it is cool too |
|
Finally it is mine! |
The cow has not gotten much play time, but the croc has been played to death. After a week, this is what was left:
I think for the amount of play this toy got it was worth the $5!
We must admit - we are now dollar store stuffy junkies - Dweeb destroys EVERY stuffy he gets hold of and after paying $19.00 for a 'tuff-stuff' stuffie (that was supposed to be indestructible and having dweeb rip it apart in like 5 minutes she decided he gets just as long out a dollar store stuffy then an expensive one :)

I think that the cheapest toys end up being the most loved! Plus it doesn't break the bank to keep the toybox well stocked. I've gotten where I shop at garage/yard sales to find good stuffies. Love that croc though.

BOL, who wouldn't want a good crocodile
ReplyDeleteLily & Edward
Yeah, the crocodile would win out over a cow any day. You'd better stock up on 'em.
ReplyDeleteXXXOOO Bella & Roxy
Hi hi hi! Ojo here! Good-bye Croc.
ReplyDeleteFriends, does your person do the thing called "mending"? We have a big pile of toys that are awaiting this special surgery because their insides are hanging out. I worked very hard on this, but our person puts the insides back in and makes the hole go away. Then I need to make the hole again.
Maybe Croc can live again? (He looks like fun! Can I share?)
What a fun toy!
ReplyDeleteNola
That looks like how Cosmo and I play with toys, we always want the one the other has! Shame it's all gone though..... doh!
ReplyDeleteI hope you're having a fun day,
Your pal Snoopy :)
We will have to start call y'all the great crocodile hunters. I think your mom got her monies worth and then some.
ReplyDeleteAroo to you,
Sully
Looks like it was a hit! I bought Morgan and Crumpet furry white man toys at the Dollar Store a couple years ago. Morgan could care less about his but Crumpet's has seen better days :)
ReplyDeleteWowzers! That Croc took a liking and kept in ticking!
