Training Thursday - by Phod


Lady, I don't understand what the problem is. Every time you work out, I come to support you and help you.  I can't imagine I am in your way.

    Surely Phod, lifting you gently off the pad and putting you down carefully and in a controlled fashion on the sofa is excellent for Lady's core strength?

    Hi Handsome Phod! Ojo here! I like to lie on the Big Blue Mat too! It is very squishy and comfy! I cannot imagine that you'd be in the way there!

    Peeps...never happy. I thinks you should claim that pawsome mat as your own! never gets up! wells....except for treaties...and water....and foodables...and bathroom breaks...okays, I see the flaw in my plan...never mind....
