Dear Pals,
Our peeps are pretty well trained these days (only took 10 years and a pandemic) and they do a good job at taking us on 3 walks most days.
However, sometimes, their attire leaves a lot to be desired. That is right, they will take us out of the yard, in their pjs, in the day time. Thanks to the trail camera we have proof! What ever happened to dressing up to go out?
We just don't know what we are going to do with them!
Do your peeps do embarrassing things like this?
Thankfully, my mom is always dressed but who cares what your peeps have on as long as you get your walks!
ReplyDeleteWhen we lived on a sailboat in Sausalito, California, everyone walked up and down the docks (to and from the showers) in their pjs. Your peeps look just fine to me!
ReplyDeletethe mama learnt her lesson as da ole pj pants went to south while chasing a dog what chased a pigeon LOL
ReplyDeleteAwww, poor baby.
ReplyDeletei have been known to wear my gown out to the mail box.. and those pjs are covering more than i wear when i go to Walmart shopping. think t-shirt and leggins... looking fine to me
ReplyDeleteGail doesn't wear her jammies when taking me out for walks, but really, you should see the state of some of her 'proper' clothes...
ReplyDeleteToodle pip!
Bertie.
We think your pawrents attire is perfectly fine for a walk around the house. Our pawrents are much the same here since they are retired and now only go out of the house to go shopping (which is when they put on real clothes and not sweat pants).

ReplyDeletewell, I just don't know what to say... you'd think they'd at least have the sense to not walk in front of the cameras they planted!!! Mind you, I've seen worse 'dressing up' than these pjs. Hugs and wags, YAM-aunty xxx
If it's not him in his tattered yellow rain jacket, it's Her Dowdiness in some kind of uninspired get-up. My sympathies, Dilly Dog
ReplyDeleteBOL BOL BOL...Phod and Lee...I'll answer that question for favorite sis of Madi...aka Big M.
ReplyDeleteFirst of all as your peeps know peeps of Madi were in our hayday in the early 70's..when polyester was king and patterns were loud. So fast forward to the late 70's early 80's. Polyester had fallen out of favor and was either tossed or used (Bryan's case) used for yard attire. One Saturday Morning Big M got up to find her Daddy out cutting grass in a pair of polyester slacks with a hounds tooth pattern. She came running in the house saying Mommy daddy is wearing clown clothes to cut the grass. All my friends are going to see him and laugh. He finally tossed out all the polyester....Hugs Cecilia
Momma has dog walking clothes that she can pull on quickly for our morning walks. It's yoga or hiking pants and an old t-shirt or sweatshirt. Suitable for being seen in, but not exactly high fashion!!
ReplyDeleteBOL - that's what we call devotion to one's pups:)
ReplyDeleteWoos - Lightning, Misty, and Timber
Our Mama takes us out in the back yard every day...in HER ROBE!!!
ReplyDeleteThey love embarrassing us!
Pee Ess...Love the Lady's sheepy sheep pj bottoms!
Hee, hee...let me just say, dressing up during the panDAMNic usually means wearing a bra. LOL
ReplyDeleteJust be glad they don't make you wear pjs!
ReplyDeleteI usually don't care what my humans wear as long as I can go for a walkie! My humans aren't the most fashionable most of the time. I do know that if my ghostwriter wears her white pants, she's going to work and won't be back for a long time. (I wish she'd just retire and stay home with me and dad.)
ReplyDeleteI don't knows, I don't thinks your Moms looks bad at all! You should see what Ma wears around the house!!! yikes!!! Though, if she's takin' me for a walkie, she does put on jeans and proper sneaks, butts we live in the burbs, and wouldn't want other peeps to point and laugh....
ReplyDeleteKisses,
Ruby ♥
Mom spends lots of money on her pajamas and she loves them very much, but she will NOT leave the house in them. (Why bother, then? Ugh.) Meanwhile, I am out in my jammie all the time!
ReplyDeleteLove and licks,
