Dear pals,
While the weather kept Uncle Chris and cousin Emma from visiting on Christmas, they were able to come up to spend New Year's with us.
Basically the people played games and ate too much and Emma stole all our toys and spot on the couch.

While it was nice to have them visit, it was nice to have them leave too!

my grandmother always said she loved to see us come to visit and she loved it even more when we went back home. I understand how you feel Phod and Lee.... bad enough Emma stole your Spot but to destroy your toy, oh MY!

That was nice of you to sacrifice your toys and your place on the settee for Emma. Now that she is gone you can have it all to yourself again.

Better times should be ahead. The hat tax is paid in full, and the holidays are over. Time for doggie relaxation.
ReplyDeleteWe had a houseful for Christmas too. It was really nice while they were here. WE got lots of attention. But the quiet is nice now too;)
