Maybe a mouse or a bunny were hiding in those tall grasses and wild flowers. Chester sometimes gets in trouble for trampling through the flower garden while he follows the scent trail of some critter.
Now Lightning would just love to devour those long grass blades. But funny thing, they come out the same way they go in, all in one long piece that sometimes needs a little human help getting all the way out:)
