Mischief Monday - The Hat Tax - by Phod

 Dear pals,




It is the spooky time of year and time for us to pay the hat tax. If you are new to our blog, you may not know what a hat tax is. It is the tax we pay several times a year (it feels like every day) by dressing up in ridiculous costumes and having our pictures taken and having these embarrassing pictures posted on the internet. As Lady says we are freeloaders and don't contribute to the house, this is the price we pay.

So apologize in advance for the embarrassing pictures. We will share flashbacks all week and have our big reveal in a special Saturday post of Halloween 2020.

You can roll by you can't hide!

    So glad you are doing the Hat tax flashbacks because I have never seen them since I am fairly new to your blog. This one is hilariously funny and I love it and I can't wait to see what else comes up.

    I am not a fan of having stuff put on my head. I'd be rolling around to get it off just like you, Phod. Once it's off, I'd run around with it and play keep-away.

    Momma and I agreed that I'll dress up in anything she wants as long as I don't have to wear hats. (Except at Easter. Apparently bunny ears are mandatory.)

    Hat tax is the worse Phoddy...just be glad you don't live in the USA...We are thinking the hat tax we pay in California are WAY too high!!
