Mischief Monday - We Are Not Amused

Our human cousins left balloons they got at the grocery store. Man thought it would be funny to turn these into pup torture machines.

Phod was up first . . . .
Why are you doing this?

Lady save me! (sorry it is blurry but he was moving and it is funny!)

The dogs did not enjoy it, but the people sure had a good laugh!

    hahah... umm I mean so sorry for that torture... but we are glad that you didn't fly away with that ballons... although... such a walk on the ceiling could be interesting...

    Now see here ... no, noes ... never again. Not! Chasing balloons, OK. Popping balloons, a bit on the scary side, a/k/a like thunder and back-fires and such, no likey like. But stuck to us,

    now I have to give my soap box sermon on balloons, 40 plus years ago, a friend had her daughter, sitting in the front seat, that was allowed back then, she bought a balloon, the girl was holding it and licking the balloon, it popped and went down her throat and she died on the way to the hospital. since then I have told every one is with balloons this story and I never bought another one and my children grew up with no balloons. glad you are both safe.

    Poor pups! You should get double pay (4 yum yum doggie treats instead of the usual 2) for those pictures! Humans are weird sometimes.

    We're glad our IGA doesn't give out balloons! We think they are softening you up for the dreaded Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas dress-ups.

    I've been away awhile and am about to go away again. I've missed Hailey and Zaphod. When I get back, I'm going to try to get my blogging organized. I remember putting a piece of scotch tape on our schnauzer's back foot. It was fun seeing her try to kick it off, but she was not at all amused and probably should have pooped on the carpet to get even.
