Our dear friend Whitley went to the bridge earlier this month. Today, thanks to Dory, we are celebrating the life of the best dressed dog in Blogville.

Love the bow tie and flower collar! You don't look thrilled about the hats but Toby hates hats too. Bow ties and pretty collars are much more comfortable. Looking very elegant in them!
