Lady Fail - by Lee and Phod

Hailey: "Phod, the Lady has found a new way to neglect us."

Phod: "I can't imagine our Lady every neglecting us, she is so awesome."

Hailey: "She really has this time."

Phod: "What has she done?"

Hailey: "I saw on the Twitter it is PetExpo this weekend and when I asked her, she said she wasn't going."

Phod: "That means she will be staying home with us."

Hailey: "What that means is that we won't get all kinds of pawsome treats and toys. Remember all the stuff she has brought home the last two years. She said we have a cupboard full of stuff and she will buy what we need. She says it is a better reflection of her now more mindful lifestyle. I think it is a load of crap."

Phod: "I have a Precious, enough to eat, I get a greenie every day and when the Lady gives you a pill, I get a cookie. I can't imagine needing more."

Hailey: "Oh Phod, you are not going to help me make her feel guilty are you."

Phod: "Sorry Hailey, I won't."

Hailey: "I am going to find something to pee on to teach her a lesson."

    Hailey, listen Phod and enjoy the presence of Lady. Peeing on something has a way of backfiring. I peed the rug today because Lady left me. I forfeited a treat for going on the balcony.

    Hmmm, I am torn by this because though you may have a cupboard full of treats and some favorite toys, you never know what NEW stuff will be at the pet expo. And new stuff can be fun to try out. But, I guess having your mom stay home with you is a good thing...hopefully she will give you lots of treats, cuddles and play time to make up for it.

    Wow, I can't imagine have enough goodies! We always need more, more, more. My peeps love those expos and I score big there. I'd have to agree that she should go! Try the sad eye guilt trip!

    Well, maybe she can give you an extra cookie to make up for it. I also didn't go to the Pet Expo this year. It was OK when I went before, but I dunno.

    You can never have too many treats in the house. We can't believe your mom is passing up an opportunity for free stuff. At least you better get extra snuggles from her since she will be home.

    Hailey.... we are SOOOOOOOO with you on this one... there was a PetExpo near PitchBurger last month... and OUR Lazy A@@ mom would NOT take us... and we LOVE to go to Every Pawsible PetExpo... We could send you some of OUR Pees to sprinkle around... if you like.

    Like M.K., we don't have any pet expos near us...we sure wish we did. But I wonder if our dogs would be more upset at being left home, or if they didn't get anything if we didn't go? :)

    Dear Ojo's Cousin Lee,

    Santa is coming. This means you need to be Good and not pee on things! But it also means that Lady needs to be Good and bring treats. Hm. I see the dilemma...
